Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Knowledge of word processing on PC.
• Ex-Servicemen: Graduate OR Matriculation with 15 years of defence service.
• Must be proficient in the local language of the recruiting office.
• CGPA conversion applicable as per official notification norms.

• Maximum Age: 28 Years
• Born between 02/02/1998 and 01/02/2006 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation • SC/ST: 5 years (Up to 33 years)
• OBC: 3 years (Up to 31 years)
• PwBD: 10 years (GEN/EWS), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)
• Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years (Maximum 50 years)
• Widows/Divorced Women: Up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST)
• RBI Employees: Up to 3 years (as per experience)

Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

Candidates shortlisted from the Main Examination will have to undergo a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) in the Official/Local Language of the State concerned. Candidates not proficient in the local language will be disqualified. LPT is mandatory and no exemption will be provided.

Important Selection Notes

3 Only candidates qualifying in the Preliminary Examination will be eligible to appear for the Main Examination.
4 Negative marking: 1/4th of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each wrong answer in both Preliminary and Main Examination.
5 Shortlisting for Main Examination: Approximately 10 times the number of vacancies (category-wise), subject to availability.
6 Shortlisting for LPT: Approximately 2 times the number of vacancies (category-wise), subject to availability.
7 If the examination is conducted in multiple sessions, scores will be normalized using the equipercentile method as per IBPS standard practice.
8 LPT (Language Proficiency Test) is mandatory. No exemption will be granted.
9 Final selection will be based on merit in the Main Examination, qualification in LPT, medical fitness, and document verification.
10 Appointment is subject to being declared medically fit as per the rules of the Bank.
